5 Tips to Prepare for Exams During Ramadan

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar during which Muslims across the world observe fasting from sunrise (suhoor) till sunset (Iftar). The lack of continuous food and water supply can greatly impact the productivity and capacity of Muslims. Especially for students who have exams during or immediately after exams. Find Your Peak Productivity Hours

Every individual’s body functions differently when fasting, some can focus better immediately after suhoor while some prefer to study at night before suhoor. Therefore, each student needs to self-evaluate and identify the time of day they can function with maximum energy.

Afterward, it is just a matter of tailoring your entire routine around it. For example, if you are an early bird then your schedule might look like this:

  • After Suhoor

    • Study for three hours
    • Sleep till Zuhr

    • Take a break and recite Quran till Iftar
  • After Iftar
    • Light exercise
