Admission for Gujranwala Board Matric Exams

Matric students of Gujranwala Board who are interested in admission for the matric examinations can now apply online from the official Gujranwala Board website (

Matric students can submit their admission form matric exams along with the application fee before December 6, 2019. After this date, students will be charged a double application fee until December 16, 2019, after which they will be charged a triple admission fee until December 23, 2019, which will be the last date to apply for the matric exams.

For Regular Candidates

Regular candidates are those students who are appearing for their annual matric exams from any HEC recognized school or college. Regular candidates who would like to apply for the matric examinations for 9th class or 10th class must select the “Regular Candidate” button on the official Gujranwala Board website, as shown below:

Upon clicking on the “proceed to next step” button, students will be redirected to a new page where they must enter their institute code and password. After this, they will be able to complete the application form. After the completion and submission of the application form along with the application fees, the application will be processed.

For Private Candidates

Private candidates are those who are appearing for the matric exams without any college. Such students must click on “Private Candidates” button and then move on to “process to next step”. This will redirect students to a page where they will be required to fill out their credentials.

9th Class Students

9th class students will be appearing for the official Gujranwala Board matric exams for the first time, thus they will be required to fill out a comprehensive application form. The required credentials will be personal information such as:

  • Candidate Name
  • Date of birth
  • Bay form number
  • Language medium
  • Nationality
  • Father’s Name
  • Father’s CNIC
  • Mobile Number, etc…

In addition to this, students must fill out their address information, examination center information, and exam information (subject group and particular subjects). Students must also attach a passport sized photograph along with the application form and fee.

10th Class Students (SSC Annual Exam)

10th class students will have a separate application form. Here, they will be required to enter the following credentials:

  • Date of birth
  • Old roll Number
  • Last appearing class
  • Last appearing year
  • Last appearing session
  • Last appearing board

After filling out this information, 10th class students must submit the admission form, along with the application fee. After this, their application will be processed.

Fee Structure

The application fee structure is as follows:


Regular (Science with practical) for Part-1 or Part-2 = 650 Rs. 

Regular (Science with practical) for composite = 1300 Rs. 

Regular (Arts) for Part-1 or Part-2 = 600 Rs.

Regular (Arts) for composite = 1200 Rs.

Private (Science with practical) for Part-1 or Part-2 = 700 Rs.

Private (Science with practical) for composite = 1400 Rs.

Private (Arts) for Part-1 or Part-2 = 650 Rs. 

Private (Arts) for composite = 1300 Rs.

In addition to the relevant subject fees, all students must also enclose processing fee and certificate fees, which are as follows:

Processing fee = 395 Rs. 

Certificate fee = 550 Rs. 

The application will not be processed until the correct application fee is submitted.

After the successful completion of the admission form and submission of the application fee, the students admission for Gujranwala Board matric exams will be processed for 9th class or 10th class.
