LAHORE: It was reported on Wednesday that a meeting was held in Lahore in the chairmanship of Muraad Raas, current provincial minister of Punjab for school education. In the meeting, the minister stressed upon the strict execution of Single National Curriculum and COVI-19 SOPs in private schools.

The instructions have been given to 36 Districts’ schools.
Earlier, SOP’s were issued for the reopening of schools, that schools will open for only three days a week and with just 50% attendance.
Moreover, SNC has been made mandatory to follow in all schools. According to the instructions, any private school not following SNC, their license will be cancelled after 30 days of giving notice.
If any school is found not following the Covid SOPs, it will be closed immediately. The instructions are applied to each and every school and no favour would be given to any institute if the negligence would be witnessed.
