The date for the entry test of the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) is set for September 1, 2019. 

FSc pre-medical students who were interested in attending the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) were instructed to submit their application form for the entry test before August 19, 2019, and now the fateful entry test date will finally arrive on September 1, 2019. 

FSc pre-medical students who met the eligibility criteria and submitted their application form before the deadline date can download their admit card from the official NUMS website (numspak.edu.pk), by entering their name or CNIC. This will automatically generate the admit slip, which should be downloaded, printed out, and brought to the examination center on the day of the entry test.

The NUMS entry test will commence from 9:00 AM on September 1, 2019. Candidates are requested to arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the commencement of the test, along with the required documents and materials. 

The requirements for the NUMS entry test are the following:

1. Print out of the admit card (which can be downloaded from the official website)
2. Original passport, CNIC, NICOP, POC, smart card, or official token slip from NADRA
3. Clean, hard clipboard (with no writing on it)
4. Two good quality, blue ball point pens (pencils, pointers, or markers are not allowed)

Candidates who fail to bring the mentioned documentation (proof of identity and admit card) will not be allowed to sit for the entry test.
